The feet come first

When it comes to shoes, bespoke means that the shoes or boots have been made exclusively for you and your feet. The core of the bespoke process lies with the lasts – The wooden forms that I make for every one of my customers individually. Your lasts are a stylised representation of your feet and will only fit you.

As a philosophy ‘bespoke’ is about personal expression, timelessness, tradition and mastery of craftsmanship, it is my sincere aim is to embody these elements in your new shoes and boots.

Pricing and Options

Whether you are inspired by one of my house samples or you wish to go in a new direction, I will help bring your design ideas to life as far as possible, within the realms of taste. Last shape, construction, leather choice, polish and patina are all customisable and I will spare no effort in bringing your dream to life.

Each pair of shoes and boots are priced individually, however as a rough guide the starting price for bespoke shoes is AUD $3500 plus GST whereas bespoke boots start at AUD $4200 plus GST. The timeframe between the initial consultation and delivery is approximately 6 months but is subject to change depending on work load, leather availability and many other factors. You will advised of the current timeline during your initial consultation.

All of my shoes are made in my Brisbane atelier. They are always hand lasted, hand welted and feature hand stitched outsoles where applicable. For all of my bespoke shoes/boots at least one trial fitting will be required before the final pair is made. Bespoke shoe/boot trees are always provided.
